I had such a fun time in Maui!! It is a beautiful island and I hope to go back soon!! The weather was beautiful not to hot or humid. We spent most of our time by the pool & ocean just soaking up the sun. We saw tons of whales just from the beach, even a mom & baby. We did go snorkeling once and We saw a turtle, but after I went back to beach it came up for air and was right by Rod-he got some great pictures with the underwater camera. I love that we are able to go with our goodfriends Angie & Adam , We love spending time with them. I was happy to come home and see the girls even though they had a good time with grandma and grandpa-what would I do without them =) Kambrie has already informed us that we are first taking her to Cancun and then to Hawaii, Sounds like a good plan to me!!

Rod's work rewards trip this year is to Maui!! I am really looking forward to getting out of this weather and into the sun as well as just being able to relax (no kids allowed!!). I am trying to find a cute not to expensive swimsuit to buy, no luck yet. I only wish I knew how to lose 15 lbs in 10 days!!

Merry Christmas!!! I hope that everyone had a great Christmas, We had such a fun day with the girls they are so cute. The best part is they both still believe in Santa, Bailey has asked me several times this year if he is real. I just keep telling her to ask her friends what they think, I am not ready to tell her yet!! We got SO MUCH Snow at our house, I got stuck in the drive way on the way to my parents, but at their house in sandy it was only raining. But, later when I went to work it turned into a blizzard and I watched out the window all night as the snow kept piling up!! Needless to say it was a fun drive home in the morning!! I cannot believe another Christmas has come and gone and that a new year is about to start. I am so grateful for the many blessing I have and most of all for my Saviour and his sacrifice for me.

Right after Breakfast with Santa we got on a plane and headed for Las Vegas for the BYU bowl game. We have never taken the girls to a football game so it was a new experience for them. We got right off the plane and headed to the game. We had great seats on the second row behind the BYU bench!! Kambrie did want to leave right after the opening kick off, she just could not wait to get to the hotel. The only thing I did not enjoy about the game was a AU fan who was in front of us who showed up to the game drunk!! He was funny for about 2 seconds and then after falling on us, spilling beer every where and trying to start a fight with a friend we were with I had enough (beside the fact that he could not keep his pants up) I went and got security and they made him leave!! I can handle an opposing fan but he had crossed the line one to many times. My girls really did not understand why he was behaving the way he was. We did end up leaving before the game was over, Kambrie could not take it any more, even though we were disappointed in the outcome it was fun, we hope for better things from our team next year!! I really do hate Vegas though and we stayed one day to long, to many things I do not want my girls to see =)

Every year We do breakfast with Santa with our friends Angie and Adam with our kids (We missed Adam this year!). It has become such a fun tradition that we all look forward to it. In fact at our first breakfast with Santa, Bailey and Andrew had their first kiss!! I do have the cutest picture to prove it!! This year We went to a new place called Millennial Falls and it was great. The food was great and the kids loved seeing Santa and exchanging gifts with each other. We are so lucky to have such great friends and we love spending time with them.

My very own sweet sugar plum fairy!! I love this picture of Kambrie, but she is just growing to fast for me!! She had such a rough week. First she had her kindergarten shots ( yikes not fun) and then she got a terrible cough and cold. She is such a tiny little thing only in the 20% on weight and 30% on height, they estimate her to only grow to be 5 feet 3 inches!! A full 4 inches shorter than me-wow, but I guess we will see what happens. Even though she did not feel well she wanted to dance and did such a great job-she cannot wait to get back on the stage!! Today she was so cute at school and singing in her winter program, she even got to see Santa!! Bailey has loved taking hip-hop with her cousins, Addie and Saylor, it has made dance even more fun for her. They all looked so cute and did such fabulous dance. Here are some way cute pictures of them with their cousins =)

I really cannot believe that my baby is 5!! Where has the time gone? She is such a joy and I so love my little girl!! Kambrie had such a fun busy birthday-in the morning she had her hair done and then she had fun playing with cousins at McDonald's and a little pizza party with family. But, she was so excited to spend the night in a hotel. She just loves being in a hotel and reminds me all the time how she does not like her house and wants to go back to her house in Cancun (Me too!). The girls had so much fun walking to a restaurant for dinner and swimming in the pool with Kordelia. In honor of her 5 Birthday here are 5 things we love about her:
1. Her sweet personality, she will play with anybody and makes friends so easily.
2. She is all girl-dresses and skirts only-no pants. (sometimes this is a pain)
3. She loves to snuggle and is always telling us how much she loves us!
4. Loves her big sister Bailey and plays most of time so well with her.
5. Excellent artist, she will spend hours coloring and drawing & loves to give her creations away.

I have been way to busy the past few weeks! In part since I worked 4 out 5 nights and have been so stinkin tired!! I did go see Twilight on opening day, twice, and did like it. It in no way was as good as the book but overall it was pretty good-minus the few very cheesy parts that made me laugh. I am looking forward to seeing the next one.
I had a great Thanksgiving, although for some reason I did not eat any turkey this year-weird I know. Maybe if it came with some money it would have been more appealing!! I have so very much to be thankful for this year most of all my wonderful family. My sister in law Michelle did a great job having the dinner at her house the food and company was great! I did have to work that night so my sister and I missed out on our annual midnight shopping adventure-bummer!! My next goal is to try and get our Christmas tree up and decorated-wish me luck!!!!
